Not impressed

Guys you need to release the update that brings the proper app to ipad .. It works wonders with iphone but on ipad it doesnt work

Fix the new updates minor flaws please

Most recent update has some flaws. Various areas show coding in between numbers - Im not a coder, but stuff like ";asdf" between numerical values both on test questions and in the lab values section is distracting when youre testing. Other than that its a great app.

Please make an iPad app!

There are some minor formatting issues on this app but the major thing Id like to see is an iPad app. Otherwise great app for on the go

Implement Changes

Can you please implement the changes such as auto login that you placed in the flash facts app? Also, how come theres no app or section for the express videos?

No refunds or conversions

No longer need my year long subscription. Wanted to either convert it to a step3 sub and was told I couldnt. Then asked if I could get a prorated refund and was told I couldnt. Seems like they would retain more loyal customers if they would accommodate some edge cases.

Bad app, no iPad design

Way behind uWorld app. It is frustrating to use this app, it is not user friendly for iPad users.

Poor functionality on iPad, no landscape option

No landscape functionality in either iPad or iPhone versions. iPad version is simply the iPhone version zoomed in. What gives? Isnt this 2016?

Im not sure what people are whining about but I like it.

Great app for on the go.

I use this on my iPhone 6s Plus and it works great with no issues. The pictures show up great and the reviews also show up with no issues. I use this app every day and it makes reviewing and doing questions super convenient.

iPad

Make an iPad version...please and thank you

Buggy

Its great that USMLE finally has a mobile app, even if its only iphone and not frontage ipad, which would probably get more use. One thing if note, if you open the lab value chart while taking a quiz, there is no way of closing it. You have to close the entire app and then re enter the test.

Need app for iPad

Currently using iPhone app on iPad. UWorld has a dedicated iPad app. Only reason I couldnt give 5 stars.

Qmax only???

It seems this app is only for qmax! There doesnt seem to be a flash card app, very poor! How about those of us that are only subscribed to the FF?? I guess we werent considered at all..

Doesnt work

Every time I attempt to log in, it says "there is an issue getting your data, check internet connection" when the phone is connected to the Internet.

No Flash Facts

Im a triple play subscriber (or whatever having the question bank, flash facts, and express videos is called). First, the Q&A is okay. Its kind of buggy, as sometimes I get "no questions available." The biggest disappointment is that there is no app for Flash Facts. The website is kind of misleading when it talks about using their Flash Facts "App". What they mean is there is a mobile version of the "SERVICE." Studying Flash Cards on my phone seems like something Id use more often than doing questions on it.

Cant log in

Keeps on saying I cant log in when I logged in on the computer with that exact password. Had a much smoother experience with uworld!

DO NOT!!!

Great that they have an app. It would be better if I could use it. Like others who have posted, I can log on through the website, but not in the app, even though Im typing things the same. It would also be nice to have access to the videos. **Update**: I learned that while the website accepts your email, the app requires a username (which is different than the email address). Despite that discovery, I was still not able to log on after encountering a different error message. After days of not being able to log into the app, and literally about 20 emails, I have concluded that I have had better customer service at fast food restaurants when they mess up my order. I recently had a TV that was being serviced and was broken by the repair company in the process, and that was a much more pleasant experience than dealing with USMLE-Rxs customer service. It has been an extremely long time since I have felt so belittled, not taken seriously, and flat out disrespected (things like, "we have hundreds of people who use this app and nobody else has the same problem," is just the tip of the iceberg that sank the ship). I finally asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. Unless things change going forward, I cannot recommend anyone dealing with this company for any of their products (expect the book First Aid of course, thats still gold... You dont have to deal with customer service for that). There are other companies and other products out there that have much fewer problems, and if you do encounter an issue, you will be treated more respectfully. If you are downloading this app, then you are probably a medical student. You are a professional. You deserve to be treated with respect. I have not been treated in a way I think you would deserve to be treated, and I cant recommend this product or the USMLE-Rx products until things change with their quality of products and more importantly, the quality of their customer service. **Update**: They finally acknowledged that the issue was not a user error, and they said an update to the app should be out in a week or so. Well see. Either way, unacceptable that it took so long for them to even acknowledge that there was a problem. (Actually, when they acknowledged a problem with the app they still phrased it in a way that implied I did something wrong... The customer service experience was really a train wreck).

Why have you fixed this issue yet?!!!

Every time I try to login in it says "There is an issue getting your data, check internet connection." Please fix this!!!! I still cant log in and Ive had the app on my phone for 2 months
